Registration fees differ depending on your company's category and time of registration and payment. Please review the table above for your company's category and the Delegate Registration Fees.

The Delegate Registration Fee includes access to all conference items listed in the agenda unless stated otherwise (i.e. additional workshops or central bank summit if you are not a central banker.)

Hotel accommodation and transportation costs are not included.

To make a reservation at the host hotel, please return to the Hotel page of the Seminar website after completing the Delegate Registration process.

Loyalty Rate Registration - Fee and completed registration received no later than 15 December 2019.

Early Rate Registration - Fee and completed registration received no later than 1 February 2020.

Standard Rate Registration - Fee and completed registration form received from 2 February 2020

Any payments requiring completion on site will incur a 5% administrative fee.

*We consider an Industry Supplier as any company that is not a Bank, Casino, Retailer, CMC (CIT/Armoured Carrier) or Federal Authority and one who does not sell products or services that compete with any of our Sponsors' products or services.

Refund Policy

To Cancel:

To cancel your conference registration, please contact Natasha Bajic. You must separately cancel any existing hotel reservation directly with the hotel to avoid or minimize any cancellation fee.

Refund Policy:

If you are not able to attend, our first suggestion is to provide your ticket to a colleague within your organisation. If this is not possible:

Full refund of fees if written cancellation notice is received prior to 12 January 2020.
50% refund of fees if written cancellation is received between 13 January 2020 - 26 January 2020. 
No refund of fees if written cancellation notice is received from 27 January 2020.

Photo Requirements:

All delegates will be given access to the dedicated event application, therefore, during the registration process, please be prepared to upload a current, passport-style photo to be loaded into the event application on your behalf. For registered Spouse/Guest badges, please email a passport-style photo to Natasha Bajic
